It endeavors to understand students' experiences and challenges in finding suitable study spaces and develop a solution involving a new online booking system and room arrangement strategies to optimise space usage and reduce overcrowding.

This project explores the problems faced by cocoa farmers in West African, specifically focusing on water scarcity. Through extensive research and analysis of water scarcity and its relevant transformative innovations, this report presents a practical and economical solution for West African cocoa farmers to adopt in their cocoa farming processes; via the “Water Management Initiative”.

Finding FoodtruckS (FFS)

This project presents a business idea and propose a mobile app called Finding FoodtruckS (FFS), aimed at connecting food truck owners with consumers in London. The app uses open data to provide recommendations for optimal locations and operation times for food trucks, considering factors like proximity to public transport, cultural preferences, nearby events, and customer demographics.

This individual project, part of the Entrepreneurial Finance course, generates a comprehensive financial and operational model for "Reclassified," a salon-class brand in the fragrance and beauty industry. The project encompasses a thorough analysis using forecasted data and financial ratios to evaluate the brand's potential.

Merlin Business Project

In response to a request from Merlin Entertainments, the world's second-largest visitor attraction operator, this project is focused on enhancing customer loyalty for the brand and improving the digital end-to-end guest experience, particularly at its LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Birmingham (LDC Birmingham), with the goal of boosting customer satisfaction, loyalty, and encouraging revisitation.
